About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with Luminexis Labs LLC, 1529 Denman Ave, Coshocton, OH 43812. By placing an order you accept them.
Products and descriptions
We describe each product as accurately as we can, including fiber composition, sizes, colors, care instructions and country of origin. Screen colors can vary between devices. We do not make claims about certification or performance that we cannot support.
Pricing and availability
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude sales tax and shipping, which are calculated at checkout. Stock levels can change while you are shopping; if an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund it.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order, for example where there is a pricing error or we cannot verify the delivery address.
Payment
Card payment is not yet enabled on this website. Until a payment processor is connected, orders are recorded and we contact you by email to arrange payment before dispatch.

Acceptable use
Do not misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or copy our photography and text for commercial use without permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your place of residence.
