How do I choose the right size?

Measure your underbust, bust, waist and hip and compare them with our size guide. Each product page also carries a fit note for that specific style.

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship from Coshocton, Ohio within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–6 business days; express takes 2 business days.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is a flat $6.95 within the United States and free on orders over $95. Express is $18.50.

Can I return underwear?

Unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached may be returned within 30 days. For hygiene reasons, worn intimates cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can I check out without an account?

Yes. Guest checkout is the default; no account is needed to place an order.

How do I pay?

Card payment isn't live on this store yet — a payment processor still needs to be connected. Orders placed now are recorded and we will email you to arrange payment.

Where are your products made?

Our garments are made at our Coshocton, Ohio facility. The country of origin is listed on each product page.

What is in the fabric?

Fiber composition by percentage, including gusset and lining where applicable, is listed on every product page along with care instructions.
