Processing time
Orders are prepared at our Coshocton, Ohio facility and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Rates and delivery estimates (United States)
- Standard: $6.95 flat, 3–6 business days. Free on orders over $95.
- Express: $18.50, 2 business days.
Delivery estimates are from the date of dispatch, not the date of order, and exclude carrier delays outside our control.
International shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. If you are outside the U.S. and would like to order, email support@luminexislabs.com.
Tracking
Your order number is shown on the confirmation page and can be checked on our order tracking page. Carrier tracking is sent by email once your parcel is dispatched.
Incorrect addresses and undeliverable parcels
Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or damaged parcels
Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will open a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
